What exactly does FernWorks do?
We are an independent education advisory based in Subang Jaya. Our advisors help students shortlist courses, compare universities, apply for scholarships and submit applications to institutions in Malaysia, Australia, the UK, New Zealand and Ireland. Think of us as a personal admissions team.
Why is the service free for students?
Partner universities pay us a recruitment fee after a student enrols — the same budget they spend on education fairs and advertising. Students never pay us anything, and your fees at the university are identical to applying directly.
Will my tuition cost more if I apply through FernWorks?
No. Tuition, registration fees and scholarship entitlements are exactly the same as a direct application. In many cases students end up paying less, because we surface bursaries they did not know existed.
Can FernWorks help me study overseas?
Yes. We place students in Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Ireland, and we also design credit transfer pathways that begin at a Malaysian campus and finish abroad, trimming the total cost considerably.
Do you help with scholarships?
