These terms govern your use of the website fernworks.help and the advisory services of FernWorks Education Advisory Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202201038456 (1482756-T)), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered office at Unit 12-03A, Menara Lagenda, Jalan Kemajuan Subang, SS16/1, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor. By using the site or engaging our advisors, you accept these terms.
1. The nature of our service
FernWorks provides education counselling, course and institution matching, scholarship identification and application assistance. Our services are provided free of charge to students and their families; we are remunerated by partner institutions through recruitment arrangements. This remuneration does not vary advisor compensation by institution, and it does not increase any fee you pay to an institution.
2. What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee admission to any institution, the award of any scholarship, or the grant of any visa. These decisions rest solely with institutions, scholarship bodies and immigration authorities.
- Fee figures, entry requirements, intake dates and scholarship values quoted on this site or in consultations are indicative, verified as at the date given, and subject to change by the institutions concerned.
- Our advice is educational guidance, not financial, legal or immigration advice regulated under Malaysian law.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information — results, documents and personal details — when asking us to advise you or submit applications;
- Review every application before we submit it on your behalf and inform us promptly of errors;
- Meet the deadlines we notify you of; institutions and embassies do not extend them for anyone;
- Use this website lawfully and refrain from attempting to disrupt or misuse it.
4. Intellectual property
All content on fernworks.help — text, guides, graphics and layout — belongs to FernWorks or its licensors. You may read, print and share links freely; reproducing substantial portions commercially requires our written consent.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, FernWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our free advisory services, including losses caused by decisions of third-party institutions or authorities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Third-party links
Our site and comparison sheets link to institution websites and external resources. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
7. Changes
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
